1. Booking and attendee information

Tickets are booked online through the Rasha Production website. You may be required to verify your email address using a one-time password before payment. The person making a booking is responsible for entering complete and accurate attendee information.

Each issued ticket is linked to the named attendee and contains a unique QR code. Tickets are non-transferable unless Rasha Production expressly approves a change.

2. Event entry and ticket security

Entry is subject to successful QR verification at the venue. A ticket or QR code that has already been checked in cannot be used again. Do not share ticket screenshots, photographs or copies of your QR code with anyone.

At the gate, authorized staff will capture a guest photograph as part of the mandatory check-in record. The photograph is used for entry verification, duplicate-entry prevention and event security/audit purposes.

3. Important event guidelines

• Alcohol, tobacco products, cigarettes, smoking or vaping items, narcotic substances, and similar intoxicating or prohibited products are strictly forbidden inside the event premises.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
• Traditional attire is mandatory for all attendees.
• A valid ticket holder may bring one child up to 5 years of age without a separate ticket.
• Each ticket is valid only for the attendee whose name is mentioned on it.
• Guests must follow venue, security and organizer instructions throughout the event.

4. Payments

All ticket payments are accepted online through Razorpay and the payment methods made available by Razorpay. A booking is treated as confirmed only after payment is successfully verified and the ticket is generated.

Rasha Production does not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or internet-banking credentials.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Once payment is successfully completed and a ticket is generated, attendee-initiated cancellation, exchange or refund is not permitted, except where required by applicable law or where Rasha Production announces a specific remedy for an event cancellation or material change.

If money is debited but a ticket is not generated, do not immediately make a second payment. Wait for payment reconciliation and contact support with the payer email/phone, payment reference and transaction details.

6. Organizer rights and conduct

Rasha Production may deny or withdraw entry for ticket fraud, QR sharing, unsafe behaviour, prohibited items, misconduct, or refusal to comply with lawful venue and security instructions. This does not limit any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

7. Event changes

Event schedules, performers, programme sequence, venue arrangements or operational details may change where reasonably necessary. If an event is cancelled or materially rescheduled, Rasha Production will communicate the applicable remedy through its official channels.
